These license terms (the “Agreement”) set out the rights and obligations between SYMBIOTIC GmbH, Alaudagasse 11/107/6, 1100 Vienna, Austria, registered in the Company Register of the Commercial Court of Vienna No. FN 486868h, (“SYMBIOTIC EDA”) and the user of SYMBIOTIC EDA’s Software (hereinafter “Customer”) in connection with the use of the software offered by SYMBIOTIC EDA through the AWS Marketplace as an Amazon Machine Image (“Software”).
