This TheWayiPay® Payment Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions for the use of TheWayiPay® Payment services that FIRST AMERICAN BANK ("Bank", "us", "our", or "we") may provide to you ("you", “your”, or "user"). Other agree- ments you have entered into with FIRST AMERICAN BANK, as applicable to your FIRST AMERICAN BANK account(s), are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement, including the Internet Banking Agreement.
