This Agreement for the Provision of Professional Legal Services (“Agreement”) is made this ____ day of ____________ 2017, by and between the CITY OF EAGLE, a municipal corporation organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the state of Idaho (“Eagle"), and the Boise, Office of the City Attorney (“BOCA"). Either BOCA or Eagle may be individually referred to as a “Party” or both collectively as the “Parties.”
