The Builder fee for 2015 Parade of Homes is $1,500.00. A deposit of $1000 will be required from each builder at the time the signed builder agreement is submitted. A proportionate amount of the deposit will be returned to each builder following the Parade of Homes depending on participation and compliance with deadlines by each builder or representative.
