This P-TECH 9-14 Model Agreement, (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among Frito-Lay, Inc. hereinafter referred to as “Frito-Lay”, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principal place of business at 7701 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX 75024; the Dallas Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas ISD”, a public independent school district and political subdivision of the State of Texas; and the Dallas College, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas College” or “College”, a Texas political subdivision of higher education located at 1601 Botham Jean, Blvd. Dallas, TX 75215, (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School, hereinafter referred to as “P-TECH”, model at South Oak Cliff High School, 3601 S Marsalis Ave, Dallas, TX 75216 (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).
