THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of March 22, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Transportation Agency for Monterey County, a public agency (“Buyer”) and Susanne Marie McBride (“Seller”). Seller and Buyer are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties.”
