This Agreement dated this day of April 2014, is between Iberico, LLC, a Maryland corporation operating the liquor establishment at 1444­46 Light Street, Baltimore, MD 21230; Iberico, LLC named on the liquor license and Germania Cecilia Benalcazar and Kevin P. Perry, the holders of title to the real property at 1444­46 Light Street, Baltimore, MD 21230 (All aforementioned parties collectively referred to as “Bar”); and South Baltimore Improvement Committee, Inc., dba South Baltimore Neighborhood Association (“SBNA” or “community”), P.O. Box 6474, Baltimore, MD 21230, a nonprofit community association within the boundaries (Cross Street to the north, Light Street to the east, McComas Street to the south, and Race Street to the west) of which Bar is located.
