This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Named Plaintiff and Class Representative Sara DeRosa (“Plaintiff”), on the one hand, and Defendants CBS Studios Inc. (“CBS”) and Sessions Payroll Management Inc. (“Sessions”) (CBS and Sessions, collectively, “Settling Defendants”), on the other hand. Plaintiff, CBS, and Sessions collectively are referred to in this Agreement as the “Settling Parties.”
