This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between You (“You”, “Your” or “Customer”) and Minitab, LLC (“Us”, “Our”, “We” or “Minitab”) for any of the Minitab software products identified above (“Software”) where You have purchased a subscription. Your subscription is for the Minitab software listed in Your invoice. Minitab and Customer are each sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties.”

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN YOU AS EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR ACTING ON BEHALF OF A LICENSED ENTITY (“YOU”, “YOUR” OR “CUSTOMER”) AND MINITAB, LLC (“US”, “OUR”, “WE” OR “MINITAB”) FOR ANY OF THE MINITAB SOFTWARE PRODUCTS IDENTIFIED ABOVE (“SOFTWARE”) WHERE YOU HAVE PURCHASED A SUBSCRIPTION. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS FOR THE MINITAB SOFTWARE LISTED IN YOUR INVOICE. MINITAB AND CUSTOMER ARE EACH SOMETIMES REFERRED TO HEREIN AS A “PARTY” AND, COLLECTIVELY, THE “PARTIES.”
