IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY. This software license agreement (“License”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “Licensee”) and Kuta Software LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Kuta Software” or “Licensor”) for the Infinite Algebra 1 software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials (whether supplied by Kuta Software or generated by the software) and “online” or electronic documentation (“Software Product”). By installing, activating, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, do not install or use the Software Product; you may, however, return it along with all product packaging and proof of purchase to Kuta Software for a full refund.
