Apya Capital Services Private Limited (CIN: U74900KA2014PTC074259), a company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act 2013, having its office at 33/1, Vittal Mallya Road, near to UB City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560 001, represented by its authorized signatory/Director: Sheetal Chopra (hereinafter referred to “Company”, “First party” which term shall mean and include all its successors and permitted assigns) and YOU (The Service Provider, “The second party”) (The Service Provider and The Company are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.)
