This Contract (“Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “Customer”) and the publisher (“Publisher” or “we”) from which you are procuring Offerings (defined below) and governs your use of Offerings purchased through either Microsoft AppSource or Azure Marketplace (collectively, “Marketplace”).
