THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, a municipal corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois (hereinafter the “District”) and the Town/City/Village of , a municipal corporation and home rule / non-home rule unit of government organized and existing under Article VII, Section (6 for home rule / 7 for non-home rule) of the 1970 Constitution of the State of Illinois (hereinafter the “Municipality”).
