This contract is entered into between the School Directors of the Rutland South Supervisory Union and the Rutland South Education Association – Educational Support Personnel Unit. Unless otherwise noted, the terms “school district” and “district” refer to the Rutland South Supervisory Union. Employees covered by this contract shall be furnished a copy of the contract upon ratification. New employees covered under this contract will be furnished a copy of the master contract by the school district.
