THIS AMENDMENT amends the Tourism Service Contract made and entered into with the Friends of Willapa National Wildlife Refuge on the 10th of December 2019, by and between (“the ORGANIZATION”), and the Board of Pacific County Commissioners (“the BOARD”) on behalf of Pacific County (“the COUNTY”), a political subdivision and municipal corporation of the state of Washington.
