INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THEInterlocal Agreement • June 8th, 2023
(“City”), a duly organized and operating Home Rule municipality of the State of Texas, and the COUNTY OF BASTROP, TEXAS (“County”), a duly organized and operating political subdivision of the State of Texas, pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791, Texas Government Code, as amended, and the general and special laws of the State of Texas, for the purposes and consideration as set out below. The County and the City are sometimes referred to herein individually as the “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
