This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered this 21st day of June 2016 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Emanuel Jacobson (“Tenant”), owner and operator of restaurants located at 14 and 16 East State Street. City and Tenant are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
