INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT BETWEENOctober 2020 Une • April 22nd, 2021
This October 2020 UNE Order Amendment (this “Amendment”), by and between Verizon New York Inc. (“Verizon”), and Telxmedia, Inc. (“Customer”), upon execution by both Parties, shall be effective as of the last date of signature by a Party where indicated below (“Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and Customer may be hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the "Parties". This Amendment only covers the services addressed herein that Verizon provides in its operating territory in the Verizon New York Inc. for the State of New York.
