This Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees. It is the desire of both parties to co-operate in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees, and to settle amicably differences or grievances which may arise from time to time hereunder in the manner hereinafter set out.
