This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the (principal agreement name) (“Principal Agreement”) between: (i) Journey Mobile, Inc. (“JourneyApps”), or a JourneyApps Affiliate, as applicable, acting on its own behalf and as agent for each JourneyApps Affiliate; and (ii) (customer legal name per principal agreement) (“Customer”) acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Customer Affiliate.
