This Agreement, made this 4th day of April, 2023 (“Effective Date”) between the City of Decatur (“City”), an Alabama municipal corporation located at 402 Lee Street NE, Decatur, AL 35601, and John Callow, CDBG Consultant ("Consultant'), a consultant contracting in his individual capacity with service at 1414 Sunray Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37127. City and Consultant are referred to individually herein as a “Party” and collectively herein as the “Parties.”
