The terms and conditions herein (“Terms and Conditions”) are in addition to and are to be read together with the AmBank (M) Berhad (“AmBank”) / AmBank Islamic Berhad (“AmBank Islamic”) (formerly known as AmIslamic Bank Berhad) / MBF Cards (M’sia) Sdn Bhd (“MBF Cards”) (collectively referred to as “The Bank”) relevant credit card agreement(s) (“Cardmember Agreement”) which govern the use of the credit card issued by AmBank / AmBank Islamic/ MBF Cards (“Card”). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Cardmember Agreement, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as it relates to the Programme
