For the consideration set forth in this Agreement, Consultant agrees to provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment required to perform and completely finish the Work described in Article 2 of this Agreement. All Work shall be performed in a professional manner to the satisfaction and approval of Owner. All Work shall be in conformity in all respects with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
