TERMS & CONDITIONS: This Advertising Agreement states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between Southern Muscle Guide (SMG) and the Advertiser. SMG shall place the advertisement provided by Advertiser or designed for a fee by SMG by the specified due date for publication. This contract is entered into immediately upon signature of both parties and is not subject to cancellation. All ads must be approved and finalized by January 11, 2019. The Advertiser represents and warrants the ad is completely original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both parties. This contract will not be automatically renewed without prior consent of Advertiser.
