This outline governs the execution of a consultancy service that, through previous experience, will provide advice on technical or scientific problems regarding projects as well, including solutions to specific problems posed by the committee, or the drawing up of certificates and/or reports, related to the results of the analyses, tests and calibrations, referred to in art. 7 of the regulations.
