THIS COMMON STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of August 11, 2021 (the “Execution Date”), by and between Alterola Biotech, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and EMC2 Capital, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the “Buyer”).
