THIS UTILITY ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into this 30th day of April, 2014, between Tega Cay Water Service, Inc., a South Carolina corporation ("Seller"), and City of Tega Cay, South Carolina, a municipal corporation in the State of South Carolina ("Buyer").
