If a similar version of these Terms is incorporated into a Client Agreement, or if an Authorized Client executes a similar version of these Terms, then such incorporated or executed version of these Terms governs and controls all use of the Databases by that Authorized Client’s User Group, as well as all use of the Databases by any of BGC Group for any of that Authorized Client’s User Group. Otherwise, these Terms (in the form set forth below) govern any and all access to the Databases.
