It is the intent and purpose of the Parties hereto that this Agreement will promote, improve, and maintain industrial, economic, and harmonious relations between the Union, the employees, and the Company, and to set forth herein the agreement between the Parties covering rates of pay, hours of work, and conditions of employment, to be observed by the Company, its employees, and the Union during the term hereof. In administering this Agreement, the Company shall act reasonably, fairly, in good faith, and in a manner consistent with the agreement as a whole.
