This licensing agreement shall be between Richard Krantz, DBA Pilot Productions, of Columbia, Maryland, (hereinafter known as the licensor), and the television station, broadcast entity or other media entity (hereinafter known as the licensee) which purchases the rights to broadcast or otherwise use the television story entitled “Humanitarian Demining Initiative.”
