This “Agreement for the Funding of the StillBudaful Stimulus Program” (the “Funding Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of , 2020, by and between the City of Buda, Texas, a home-rule municipality located in Hays County, Texas (the “City”) and the City of Buda 4B Corporation, a non-profit economic development corporation (the “Buda EDC”), created and operated as a Type B corporation pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 501 and 505, Texas Local Government Code, as amended (the “Act”).
