Box 119,401 Middle RoadChilmark, MA 02535-0119 Hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government: WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease. NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended, effective December 1, 2010 as follows: Paragraph 3 RENT is modified to change the annual rent to $1,200 at the rate of $100.00 per month, payable in arrears. The Coast Guard will pay NSTAR directly for utilities at RFF Martha’s Vineyard. This rent will be revisited every 10 years to determine if escalation is necessary to cover the care and maintenance of the site.Please use
