Contracted Vendors of the Grand Traverse County Commission on Aging may have access to confidential information, both written and oral, in the course of their activities and job responsibilities. It is imperative that this information is not disclosed to any unauthorized individuals to maintain the integrity of the client information. All client Protected Health Information (PHI—which includes patient medical and financial information, and any other information of a private or sensitive nature are considered confidential.
