This Request to Access the Hemp Industries Association® Records (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (“Effective Date”) between The Hemp Industries Association® (“Association” or “Disclosing Party”), a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation, is organized as a trade association, within the meaning of Article 501(c)(6) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, and , an individual and a member of the Hemp Industries Association® (“Member”).
