The undersigned subscriber (“Subscriber”) agrees that, beginning on August 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), it is subscribing to the publications(s) and/or services(s) (collectively, “Content”) set forth below for a period of one (1) years’ time, and that it will pay to Morningstar, Inc. (“Morningstar”) according to the terms of this Subscription Agreement the amounts set forth opposite the caption “Total Due” for each year of that subscription.
