This Contract is between Campus Energy Partners LP (“Campus Energy”, “we”, “our”, and “us”) and you, namely the customer identified in the accompanying Energy Plan Confirmation(s) (“Customer”, “your”, and “you”). In this Contract, Campus Energy and the Customer are sometimes collectively referred to as the “parties” and individually as a “party”.
