Terms and Conditions/Definitions for the TASC Prepaid MasterCard® This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which the TASC Prepaid MasterCard has been issued to you by The Bancorp Bank, Wilmington, Delaware (“The Bancorp Bank” or “Issuer”). The Issuer is an FDIC insured member institution. “Card” means the TASC Prepaid MasterCard issued to you by The Bancorp Bank. By accepting and using the Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. “Card Account” means the records your Plan Administrator maintained to account for the value of claims associated with the Card linked to a flexible spending account (FSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), transit/parking benefits account (each a “Benefit Account”) “You” and “your” mean the person or persons who have received the Card and are authorized to use the Card as provided for in this Agreement. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the Issuer, our successors, affiliates or
