This Wisconsin Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the GREEN BAY AREA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and Ballard & Tighe, Publishers (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on July 13, 2021. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
