This End User Subscription Agreement ("EUSA") is made by and between Infinite Software Corporation, with headquarters at 7700 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 800, Irvine, CA 92618 (“Infinite”) and its Business Partners or Affiliates and the individual or legal entity ("Subscriber") who is using the software made available on the Amazon Marketplace as an Amazon Machine Image, “the AMI Stack(s)," together “Parties.” This EUSA takes effect when you click an "Accept" button or check box presented with these terms or, if earlier, when you use any of the AMI Stacks (the "Effective Date").
