This Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Funding for Neighborhood Connect Broadband Funding Program (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Department of Housing and Community Development (“DHCD”), a principal department of the State of Maryland (“State”) and (the “Local Jurisdiction”). DHCD and the Local Jurisdiction are each a “Party,” and may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
