These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are entered into between Age of Learning for Schools, Inc. (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) identified on the Quote (as defined below), each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Terms are effective as of the date the Quote is signed by the Client (“Effective Date”).
