This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana, acting by and through its Department of Public Works (“Indianapolis”), and the Town of Avon, Indiana (“Avon”) regarding improvements to Raceway Road and County Road 100 North (“Raceway Rd” and “CR 100 N” respectively).
