Wealth Management Visa Signature Credit Card Agreement (May Not Be Available to Residents of All States) This Agreement and the documents listed below govern the use of your Visa Signature credit card account with Compass Bank (“Account”) which may be drawn upon by using either the Visa Signature credit card (a “Card”) or the Checks which have been imprinted with your name and account number (“Checks”) furnished by Compass Bank. These other documents are part of this Agreement: • The application or solicitation (“Application”) you signed or otherwise gave us to ask for the Account; and • The folder sent with each Card (“Card Folder”).
