This Host Community Agreement (hereinafter, “HCA”) is entered into this day of May, 2020 by and between Littleton Apothecary, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company with a principal address of 160 Ayer Road, Littleton, MA 01460 (hereinafter, the “Company”) and the Town of Littleton, a Massachusetts municipal corporation with a principal address of 37 Shattuck Street, Littleton, MA 01460 (hereinafter, “Town”). The Company and the Town are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
