Written or verbal acceptance of the purchase order and/or the provision of goods or services to Purchaser by Seller shall constitute Seller's assent to these exclusive terms and conditions of purchase. Purchaser hereby expressly objects to and rejects any and all additional or different terms proposed by Seller (including, without limitation, any attempted disclaimer or limitation of warranties or liability), irrespective of where contained, and no such different or additional terms shall form part of this contract or be binding on Purchaser.
