This Contract Amendment No. 001 (“Amendment”) is entered into by and between Douglas County, Nevada, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“the County”) and Colbre Grading and Paving of Nevada, Incorporated, a Nevada Corporation registered with the Nevada Secretary of State (NV20011259444) (the “Contractor”). The County and Contractor are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
