This Supplier Privacy Exhibit (“Privacy Exhibit”) is incorporated by reference into the Agreement by and between salesforce.com, inc. (“Salesforce”) and/or the Salesforce Affiliate that is party to the Agreement (together with Salesforce, “SFDC”) and the Supplier identified in the Agreement (“Supplier”). For the avoidance of doubt, Salesforce is a party to this Privacy Exhibit. All capitalized terms that are not expressly defined in this Privacy Exhibit have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
