This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of May 31 , 2022 by (1) David and Kathleen Bernstein, 25 Glezen Lane, Wayland, MA (the “Bernsteins”), and (2) the Town of Wayland, a Massachusetts municipal corporation, acting by and through its Select Board (“Wayland”). The Bernsteins and Wayland are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties.”
