The objective of this course is to introduce students to the main topics of Western Phi- losophy. We will do this by presenting students with classical readings touching on some of the core questions in this tradition. A further goal is to introduce students to the methods and tools used in this literature. In particular, students will learn how to present and evaluate philosophical and non–philosophical arguments.
