Walmart Inc. (“Stores”) and the Wal-Mart Foundation (the “Foundation”) require each Grantee to accept the following terms which shall apply to any grant funds awarded by Grantor in response to the Grantee’s application; provided, however, if Stores or the Foundation enter into a written grant agreement with Grantee prior to the transfer of grant funds, the terms of that written grant agreement shall supersede and replace the terms of this document. Your acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for the consideration of your grant application.
